HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 609/77YdwLAW,,,,. t REPEALED BY REPEALS AMENDED BY DISPOSITION THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW -- - ? 7_ f Being a Restricted Area By-law to amend Restricted Area Hy-law 2511, as amended, and to implement the Township of Pickering Official Plan in Block B, Flan M-1017, Town of Pickering. WHEREAS the Ontario Municipal Board approved By-law 4354/73 on January 3rd, 1974; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering deemed expedient to amend the By-law 4354/73 to permit residential development to now occur on the subject land; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: SCHEDULES Schedules "A" and "B" hereto with notations and references shown thereon are hereby declared to be part of this by-law and are described as follows: Schedule "A" - Whites Road - Broadgreen Circle Zoning Mai) Schedule "B" - Standards and Provisions SECTION 2: AREA RESTRICTED The provisions of this by-law shall apply to all lands enclosed by heavy black line on Schedule "A" attached hereto. SECTION 3: GENERAL PROHIBITION No building, land, or part thereof shall hereafter be used, occupied, erected, moved or structurally altered except in conformity with the provisions of this by-law. SECTION 4: PROVISIONS The standards and provisions as set out on Schedule "B" attached hereto shah apply to the area restricted by this by-law. SECTION 5: BY-LAW 2511 By-law 2511 as amended, is 2ereby furrier amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of this Ly-law as it applies to the area set out in Schedule "A" attac'ed he,=.to. Definitions and subject matters not specifically dealt with in this by-law shall be governed by the provisions of By-law 2511, as amended. SECTION 5: ENFORCEMENT Any person convicted of a breach of any provision of this bv-law shall ferfeit and pay, at the discretion of the Court, a penalty not exceeding (exclusive of costs) the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each offence, rec,verable under The Surmary Convictions Act. -2- SECTION 7: EFFECTIVE DATE No part of this by-law shall come into farce without he approval of the Ontario Municipal Berard but subject to such approval, the by-law shall take effect from the date of the passing hereof.
