THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law to exempt certain parts of
Plan M-1024 from part lot control
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering, pursuant
to the provisions of Section 29, Subsection 5 of The Planning Act,
R.S.O. 1970, c.34?, as amended, hereby, enacts as follows:
1. Subsection 4 of Section 29 of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1970,
c. 349, does not apply to the reg:.stered lots that are
described as follows:
Registered Plan M-1024 - Lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23,
24, 25, 37, 38, 45, 45, 49, 61, 64,
65, 71, 72, 73, 74, 86 and 87.
This By-law shall not come into etiect until approved by the
minister of Housing.
