As per Council's directive from the Council meeting of May 5, 2003 to Resolution
#65/03, please find attached by-law 264/75 to be included on the Agenda for the
Council Meeting of May 20, 2003, to amend this by-law to reduce the speed limit on
Rawlings Drive, Heathside Crescent, Walnut Lane and Longbow Drive to 40 kilometers
per hour.

THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NO. 6!3a/03
Being a by-law to amend By-law 264/75 to
establish a 40-kilometer per hour speed limit
on Walnut Lane, Longbow Drive, Rawlings
Drive, Heathside Crescent.
WHEREAS, By-law Number 264/75 allows Council to authorize speed limits on
highways under the jurisdiction of the City of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit on Walnut Lane,
Longbow Drive, Rawlings Drive, Heathside Crescent at 40 kilometers per hour;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Schedule "A" to By-law Number 264/75 is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
Walnut Lane
Longbow Drive
Rawlings Drive
Heathside Crescent
FROM
