BY-LAW NO, 4378/94
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 32 and 33, Plan
4OM-1729, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the
council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Lots 32 and 33, Plan 40M-1729, Picketing.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of January, 1994.
