WHEREAS the lands described firstly and secondly in Schedule "A" hezeto were conveyed to The Coxpozation of the Township of Picketing foz zoad widening puxposes to satisfy conditions of the Committee of Adjustment to be fulfilled by Joseph M. Nighswandex, and Howazd V. Shipley and Vizginia M. Shipley zespectively pzioz to the gzanting of consents to convey abutting lands and it is necessazy to dedicate the said lands as public highways so that the abutting lands will have fzontage on a public highway. NON THEREFORE THE C(~JNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN~HIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the lands desczibed in Schedule "A" annexed hezeto and fozming pazt of this by-law aze hezeby dedicated as a public highway. Reeve ALL Aha) SINGULAR those certain parcels ox tracts of land situate lying and being in the Township of Pickezing in the County of Ontario and being composed of: FIRSTLY: That part of Lot 32 in Concession 9 in the said Township designated as PART 2 on a Reference Plan deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the County of Ontario as RD 413. SECOhDLY: Those parts of Lot 34, Range 2 in the broken front Concession of the said Township of Picketing, the boundaries of the lands being described as follows: PREMISINS that the westerly limit of the said Lot 34 being also the easterly limit of East Avenue has a course North 16 degrees 53 minutes Wes~ and relating all bearings herein theret o; Par cel 1. Containing by admeasurement an area of 0.136 acres be the same more or less; COMMENCING at a point in ~he westerly limi~ of ~he said Lot 34 where ~he same is intersected by the northerly limit of Chester Hill Road, the last mentioned point of intersection being dJs~ant 77 feet 2 inches northerly fz c~ the site of ~he stone monument formerly marking the souZb-westerly angle of the said Lot 34 measured on ~he course of ~he westerly limit of the said TH~CE No~th 73 degrees O? minutes East along ~he said northerly limit of Cheste~ Hill Road, a distance of 10 fee~; THENCE North 16 degrees 53 minutes West parallel to the said westerly limi~ of Lot 34, a distance of 592 fee~ and 6 3/4 inches ~o the point of intersection thereof with a line drawn on a course North 73 degrees 07 minu~es Eas~ from a point in the said ~stezly limit of Lot 34 distan~ 592 feet 6 3/4 inches measured northerly thereon from the said point of commencement; - 2 - THENCE South 73 degrees 07 minutes West along the line drawn as aforesaid, a distance of 10.0 feet to the point in the westerly limit of Lot 34 last mentioned; THENCE South 16 degrees 53 minutes East along the said westerly limit of Lot 34, a distance Df 592 feet 6 3/4 inches to the said PoINr OF COMMENCEMENT.
