Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
Glen A. and Erna V. Mowatt and the
Township of Picketing.
WHEREAS Mowatt applied to the Committee of Adjustment of
the Corporation of the Township of Pickering for a variance
from By-law Number 3036 as amended to permit the extension
of a legal non-conforming use on his lands;
AND WHEREAS the Committee of Adjustment of the Corporation
of the Township of Picketing by its Decision dated the 30th
day of July, 1970, granted such variance as requested
subject to this agreement being entered into;
AND 'WHEREAS Mr. & Mrs. Mowatt have agreed to enter into such
agreement.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Picketing authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the
agreement between the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Glen A. and Erma V. Mowatt.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed in
open Council
