BY-LAW NUMBER 3661
Being a By-law to amend By-law Number
3036 as amended.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Picketing deems it desirable to amend the provisions of By-law
Number 3036 as amended; and
WHEREAS authority is granted under Section 30 of The
Planning Act R.S.O. 1960, as amended, to the Council of The Township
of Picketing to exercise such powers; and
WHEREAS the Ontario Municipal Board, by Decision dated
May 15th, 1969, # P. ?635-68 for By-laws 3262 and 3616, directed
a further amendment to By-law Number 3036;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS'
A. TEXT AMENDMENTS
1. That Section 15.2 of By-law Number 3036 be and the same
is hereby amended by adding thereto, new Section 14.2.2
as follows:
14.2.2 Exemption- Part Lot 25, Concession 1
Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections
2.76, 5.?, and 14.2.1; on the lands shown on
Schedule ,A' to By-law 3661 , no part of any
building, structure o~-' ~3torage area; ·
excluding driveways or walkw~ys-._ sh~ll be
constructed, erected or used at' a distance of
less than 150 feet from any area zoned for
residential purposes.
B. By-law Number 3036 be and the same is hereby amended only
to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of
this By-law.
C. No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to such
approval, the By-law shall take effect from the date of
passing thereof.
