BY-LAW NUMBER
A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing to appoint
members to the Township of Picketing
Committee of Adjustment.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Picketing that:
1. The Committee of Adjustment shall consist of five
(5) members appointed at large.
2. The following members are hereby appointed as members
for the periods indicated:
G. Beckstead to January 1st, 1972
~ ~~ 4 .~ to January 1st, 1972
3. The following shall continue as members for the
pe~ods indicated:
M. Johnson to January 1st, 1970
J. Pave¥ to January 1st, 1971
D. Horsfield to January 1st, 1971
4. The members shall hold office until replaced by
another by-law.
5. The members shall be paid fifteen dollars {$15.00)
per diem, plus t~cents (~¢) per mile necessarily
travelled in this capacity./Z~.__
6. By-law Number 3511 be and the same is hereby repealed
insofar as it affects this by-law.
7. This By-law shall become effective on January 1st, 1969.
