BY-LAW NUMBER
A By-law to repeal By-Law #3516
WHEREAS By-law Number 3516 authorized the application
to the Ontario Municipal Improvement Corporation for the purchase
of debentures in the amount of $134,648 56 for the purpose of
Local Improvement, water and sewer services on the west side of
Liverpool Road;
AND WHEREAS the interest rate of Ontario Municipal
Improvement Corporation is set at 8-1/~%;
AND WHEREAS our fiscal agents advise that the going
rate on the market for debentures is 7~1~% per centum;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing enacts as follows:
THAT our By-law Number 3516 be and the same is hereby
repealed.
READ a First, Second and Third time and PASSED in open Council
