Plan No. 521 as a public
highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The
Corporation of the Xownship of Pic~zing and it is
deemed expedient to dedicate the said lards as a
public highway.
~DW THEREFORE THE CCIJNCIL OF THE CORPORAT ION
OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERIN3 ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A"
hereto annexed be ar~i the same are hereby dedicated
as a public highway.
READ a First, Second and Third time and passed
in open Council this ~' day of~--~z_~
ALL AhD SINSULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate lying and being in the Township of
picketing, in the County ot O~tario and being composed
of part of Lot 3, according to a Plan registered in the
Registry Office for ~he Registry Division of the County
of Ontario as nu~oer 521, which said parcel or ~rac~ of
land and pIemises may be more ps/~icularly described as
follows:
COMmeNCING at the south-east angle of said Lot 3;
TPENCE northerly along the easterly limi~ of said Lot 3
a distance of 84.05 feet more or less to the north-east
angle of said Lo~ 3;
THENCE westerly along the northerly limit of said Lot 3
a distance of 10 feet to a point~
T~NCE southerly parallel ~o the easterly limit of said
bt 3 a distance of 84.0~ feet more or less to a point
in ~he southerly limit of said Lot 3, distant 10 fee~
r~asured westerly therealong from ~he south-east angle
of said Lot 3;
THENCE easterly along the southerly limit of said Lo~ 3
a distance of 10 feet more Or less ~o ~he POINt OF
