BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law to dedicate part of Lot
8, Concession 2 as a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The Corporation
of the Township of Picketing and it is deemed expedient to
dedicate the said lands as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a
public highway.
By-Law read a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and PASSED this
~jday of ~, 1968.
SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises, situate, lying and being in the Township of
Picketing and County of Ontario and being composed of Part of
Lot $ in Concession 2 of the said Township, which said parcel
is more particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the bearing of the east limit of
Registered Plan 459 for the said County is North 17 degrees 26
minutes West and relating all bearings used herein thereto;
COMMENCING at the North-east angle of Lot 3, Registered
Plan 459;
THENCE North 72 degrees 39 minutes East, 484.0 feet;
THENCE North 17 degrees 26 minutes West, 66 feet;
THENCE South 72 degrees 39 minutes West, 484.0 feet
to the South-east angle of Lot No. 4, Registered Plan 459;
THENCE South 17 degrees 26 minutes East, 66 feet to
the Point of Commencement.
