2. No person shall sell a~ retail ~ the ~o~ship of Picker~g ~y fireworks
of any kind or description whatsoe~r ar ~y r~ during the calendar
year wi~h the exception of the three business days t--ediacely
~he day set by S~aaute for the obse~ation of Victoria Day and Victoria
Day znd excepC the ~hree business days t~ediarely precedi~ the day
by Statute for ~he obse~ation of O~ion D~y ~d 9~inion Day except by
sp~ial ~hori~y of ~he Fire Chief.
3. No person shall sell by retail in the T~ship of Picker~g ~y fir~orks
of $~y kind or descriptia ~a~soeve~ ~o anyone ~der eighteen years of
age.
4. No person ~o proposes ~o s~11 fireworks of ~y kind or descrip~ion at
~ecail shall exhibit ay display of ~y s~h fi~eworks in any display
window. This prohibi~ion shall not apply ro prevent ~ita~ion of such
fireworks being d~splayed provSded ~here Sa n~ explosive or ch~ical
c~a~ed in such ~i~ations,
5. No pers~ shall ii~e o~ set off or c~e to be fired or set off ay
ball, squib, crackers or fir~orks of ~y kind vbats~ver
~he l~i~s of the T~ship o~ Picke~tn~ except on the days set by S~aCu~e
for ~he obse~a~i~ of Victoria Day and/or D~ia~on Day ~d then ~ly If on
