of Lot 31 on Plan No. 12 as a
public highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owne~ ~ The Corporation
of the Township of Pic~ ring and it is deemed expedient
to dedicate the said lands as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE CO~RCIr. OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKEI~ING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS s
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a
public highway.

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate lying and being in the Township of Picketing
and County of Ontario, and being cemposed of part of Lot No.
31 as shown on registered Plan No. 12 laid out on part of
Lot No. 18, Concession nine, for the said Township, which
said parcel is more particularly described as follows:
PI~dISING that the bearing of the West limit of Franklin
Street as shown on said Plan is North 16 degrees 00 minutes
West and relating all bearings used herein thereto~
C~IMENCING at a point in the said Lot No. 31 which said point
may be located as follows:
BE(~INNING at the South-east angle of the said Lot No. 31~
THENCE NO~TH 16 degrees 00 minutes West along the said West
l~it of Franklin Street a distance of 257.81 feet more or
less to a point therein distant 20.63 feet measured Northerly
frown the intersection of the said West limit of Franklin
Street with the easterly production of the North limit of
Joseph Street, as show~ on said Plan~
TH~-NCE South 72 degreee 57 minutes West and parallel to the
said easterly production 118 feet 6 inches to the point of
co~nencement, being the eouth-west angle of lands of one,
Norton ~
THENCE South 72 degrees 57 minutes West 101 feet 11% inches
more or less to the West limit of the lands of Edgar waz~
T~NCE Sou~h 16 degrees °05 minutes East 20.63 feet ~ore or
less to the intersection of the West limit of Lot No. 31
with the Northerly limit of Joseph Street as set out on said
Plan~
THENCE North 72 degrees 57 minutes East 101 feet 11~. inches
to a point in the Northerly limit of Joseph Street~
THENCE North 16 degrees 00 minutes West a distance of 20.63
feet more or less to the south-east angle of said Norton's
lands, being the point of cce~mencement.
