stop up and close Centre Street
in Registered Plan 21 in the
Hamlet of 'Whitevale
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Picketing proposes to stop up and close as a public high-
way the lands more particularly described in Schedule A
attached hereto ~
AND WHEREAS this street has never been developed as m
public roadway nor does it appear that there is any need
for it as a public roadway:
AND WHEREAS notice of this by-law has been published once
a week for four consecutive weeks and posted up for one
month in six of the most public places in the immediate
neighbourhood of the said public highway to be closed and
the provisions of the Municipal Act relating to the stopping
up of highway have been complied with;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the corporation of the Town-
ship of Picketing hereby enacts as follows:
1o The lands described in Schedule A hereto attached
are hereby stopped up and closed as a public highway.
2o The said Schedule A hereto attached shall form part of
this By-law.

4th Concession of the said Township, as shown on a plan
fil~ in the Registry Office for the County of Ontario
as Number 2A and more particularly describe~ as follows~
1o Centre Street in its entirety
