being a by-law to authorize the
execution of a Release to American
Botany Holdings Limited.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION
OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a Release from The Corporation of the Township
of Pickering to American Botany Holdings Limited arising out
of an Agreement of Purchase and Sale dated the 7th day of
July 1967 with respect to all and singular the premSses on
the west side oX Brock Road in the Township of Picketing
and being that part of Lot 19 in Broken Front Range 3 having
an area of 10.624 acres more or l ess~ and to affix the seal
of the Corporation thereto.
READ a First, Second and Third time and passed in
open Council this ~d~$~z/ day of 1968.
