BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law ~o dedicate Pa~ of
Lot 19 in Range
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The Corporation
of the Township of Picketing and it is deemed expedien~ to
dedicate the said lands as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a public highway.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD ~ime and PASSED in open Council

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Picketing, in
the County of Ontario and Province of Ontario, containing by
admeasurement Nine hundred one-thousandths of an acre (0.900 Ac.)
be the same more or less, and being composed of Part of Lot 19,
Range 3, Broken Front Concession in the said township, and which
said parcel of land may be more particularly described as follows:
PREMISING the bearing of the Easterly limit of Lot 19,
Range 3, Broken Front Concession, also being the Westerly limit
of the road allowance between Lots 18 and 19, known as Brock Road,
assumed to be North Seventeen degrees nine minutes West (N17oog'oo"w)
and relating all bearings herein thereto;
COMMENCING at a survey monument in the Easterly limit of
Lot 19, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, distant Nine hundred and
sixty feet (960') measured South Seventeen degrees nine minutes
East (S17°09'O0"E) along the said Easterly limit of Lot 19 from
the North-east corner thereof;
THENCE South Seventeen degrees nine minutes East (S17°O9'OO"E
along the said Easterly limit of Lot 19, One thousand four hundred
and fifty-one and twenty-one one-hundredths feet (1451.21') to a
point therein;
THENCE South Seventy-two degrees thirty-seven minutes forty
seconds West (S72O37'40"W), Twenty-seven feet (27'1 to a survey
monument in a line drawn parallel to the said Easterly limit of
Lot 19 and distant Twenty-seven feet (27') measured Westerly at
right angles therefrom;
THENCE North Seventeen degrees nine minutes West (N17oo9'oo"w
along said parallel line, One thousand four hundred and fifty-one
and twenty-one one-hundredths feet (1451.21') to a survey monument
therein, distant Twenty-seven feet (27') measured South Seventy-two
degrees thirty-seven minutes forty seconds West (S72O37'~O"W) from
the point of commencement;

THENCE North Seventy-two degrees thirty-seven minutes forty
seconds East (N72O37'40"E), Twenty-seven feet (27') to the point of
commencement.
The above described parcel of land being further shown on
a Plan of Survey prepared by Edwards and Gunn, Ontario Land Surveyors,
dated February 12, 1968, and hereto attached.
