WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to expropriate a part of Lot 20, Ramge 3, Broken Front Concession, of the Township of Picketing, for an easement through which the Township will service industrial lands; NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED: THAT the lands being comprised of part of Lot 20, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, designated as Part 1 on a plan of survey prepared by Edwards and Qume, O.L.S., a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule "A", dated the 6th day of February, 1968, and forming a part of this By-law, be and the same is hereby expropriated for an easement in, under, along and upon part 1 for the construction and maintenance of municipal services.
