Township of Pickering to appoint a
Building Inspector.
WHEREAS R.S.O. 1960, Chapter 249, Section 377, Sub-section 58
provides for the appointment for such officers and servants as
may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation:
AND WHEREAS Cecil Hollinger has been Assistant Building Inspector
for the Township of Pickering since December 7, 1964;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that Cecil Hollinger be in the same is
hereby appointed as Building Inspector for the Township of
Pickering, salary to be determined by the Council from time to
time.
AND THAT all building department employees shall come under his
jurisdiction.
BY-LAW Number 3228 is hereby repealed.
