being a By-law for the assumption of
the roads and underground services in
Bay Ridges West.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that the roads
and underground services in Bay Ridges West be assumed by
the Municipal Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED that the following
roads and improvements thereon, together with all storm
and sanitary sewers and watermalns and appurtenances thereto
b e assumed by the Municipal Corporation as a part of its
system, subject to maintenance by Consolidated Building
Corporation Limited for a one year period commencing the

Vistula Drive - Fairport Road to Batory Avenue.
Timmins Gardens - Batory Ave. to East Limit of Timmins Gdns.
Boxworth Place - Timmins Gdns to S. Limit of Boxworth Pl.
Elvira Court - Vistula Drive to East Limit of Elvira Crt.
Batory Ave. - Vistula Drive to Breezy Drive.
Lynx Avenue - Fairport Rd. to Batory Ave.
01tva Street - Lynx Avenue to Breezy Drive.
Breezy Drive - Fairport Rd. to N. St. Line Sunrise Ave.
Essa Crescent - Batory Ave. to Breezy Drive.
0aklahoma Drive - Fairport Rd. to Breezy Drive.
Yeremi St. - Breezy Drive to Oklahoma Dr.
Leaside St. - Breezy Dr. to Oklahoma Dr.
