A By-Law of the Corporation of the Township
of Picketing to authorize the signing of an
agreement with the Town of Ajax Community
Centre Board for Ice Rental time.
WHEREAS Council by Resolution #281/67 agreed to enter
into an agreement with the Town of Ajax Community Centre Board
to rent ice time for the Pickering Township Hockey Association;
AND WHEREAS it is desirable to confirm this Resolution
by By-law and to sign Ice Rental Agreement;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of
the Township of Pickering that the Reeve and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the Ice Rental Agreement with the Town of
Ajax Community Centre Board.
READ A FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed in open Council
