Amendment No. 5 to the Official Plan
of the Township of Picketing Planning Area.
(b) STATEMENT
The following Text and Map, designated
Schedule IIA, constitutes Amendment No. 5 to the
Official Plan of the Township of Picketing
Planning Area, and is herewith submitted for
the approval of the Minister of Municipal Affairs.
This proposal results from an amendment
application approved by Council Resolution Number
308/65 dated August 23rd, 1965, on the reco~mend-
ation of the Planning Board.
Item 1
LOCATION: Lots 5 to 8 inclusive, Plan 811 (North-
East corner Breezy Drive and Sunrise
Avenue).
PUP. POSE: This property presently contains a
Yacht Club use, which existed prior
to the passing of the restricted area
by-law. The application was made in
order to expand the existing facilities.
The adjacent property to the north
and west is developed on a residential
basis which will be afforded reasonable
amenity protection~ with Frenchman's Bay
being located to the east and south.
CHANGE: ~'RESIDENTIAL~: to "WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT".
