bein9 a By-law %o authorize the sale of
part of the Road Allowance between Lots
34 and 35 in Range 3 to the owners of
Lot 19 om Plan 434 for the sum of
WHEREAS By-law 2047 was enacted by the Council
of the Corporation of the Township of Picketing to close
part of the Road Allowance between Lots 34 and 35 in Range
3 of the Township of Picketing;
AhD WHEREAS By-law 2047 further directed that
the road be sold as required by law and for a price that
shall be satisfactory to Council;
AND WHE~A$ the said By-law 2047 of the Township
of Picker ina was confirmed by By-law 1820 of ~he Council of
the County of On%azio on March 28th 1955;
AND WHEREAS the owners of Lot 19 on Pin 434 axe
the abutting owners o~ part of tne said Road Allowance and
have ~equested the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Picketing ~o authorize the conveyance to them cf that past
of the said Road Allowance lying within the limits of Lot 19
on P/an 434;
NOW THEN~ FORE TH~ COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKBRING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Tha~ that part of the Road Allowance between Lots
k 34 and 35 in Range 3 of the Township of Picketing as closed by
By-law 2047 and lying within the limits of Lot 19 on Plan 434
be sold lo lhe abu%iing owners thexeoI fox the sum of $ /. ~'~'
~a~.~ That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized toexecute
onveyance of the said lands in favou~ of the owners of Lot
19 on Plan 434,
READ a First, Second and Third time and passed in
