WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The Coxpoxation of the Township of Picketing and it is deemed expedient to dedicate the said lands as a public highway. NOW THEREFORE TP~ GDUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN~HIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1, That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto annexed be and The sam~ are hereby dedicated as a public highway.
