Deane and McCarten dated April 19, 1967. ~JHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Picketing has withheld the issuance of a building permit to Messrs. Deane and McCarten pending the execution of an agreement hereinafter referred to. NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS H~[EBY ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute an agreement made between the Corporation of the Township of Picketing and R]essrs. Deane and ~cCarten dated April 19, 1967. Read a first, second and third time and PASSED in open Council this ~-~. day of MAY, 1767.
