BEIMG A BY-LAW TO A~END BY-LAW NUMBER 3036~ as amended;
WHEREAS the Council of The Co~poration of the Township of Picketing
deems it desirable to amend the provisions of By-law Number
3036~ as amended;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Township
of Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
A. SeNEDULE "A" AMENDMENTS
1. Schedule "A" of By-law 3036 be and the same is hereby
amended by alterln~ the Rural Agricultural Zone 'A'
desi~natton in Part Lot 1, Plan 386 (north side of
Baseline Road~ east of PlckerinK-Beach Road) to read
General Commercial Zone 'C2'. as shown on Schedule A
attached hereto.
B. That By-law Mumber 3036 be and the same is hereby repealed
and amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to
the provisions of this By-law.
C. No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. but subject to
such approval, the By-law shall take effect from the day
of passing thereof.
