WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Picketing deems it deslreable to amend the provisions of By-law number 3037, as amended. NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: A. TEXT AMENDMENTS 1. "Section 3 - Schedule" be and the same is hereby deleted and the following inserted therefore; SECTION 3 - SCHEDULE Schedules "A", "B" and "C" with notations and references shown thereon are hereby declared to be part of this By-law and are described as follows: SCHEDULE TITLE SCALE A Zoning Map l" - 2,000' approx. B Village of Claremont 1" - 600' C Detailed Zoning Maps 1" - 200' and/or 150' 2. Section 6.1.5.3 be and the same is hereby deleted. B. SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENTS 1. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 303? be and the same is hereby amended by altering the Greenbelt Conservation Zone "G" designations in Lots ll and 12 Concession 5 to read Rural Agricultural Zone "A" as shown on Schedules A and B attached hereto, and numbered B1, and being established as the flood line as determined by the Metropolitan Toronto and Region Conservation Authority plus a 75 foot horizontal buffer. 2. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3037 be and the same is hereby amended by altering the Rural Agricultural Zone "A" designations in Lots 13, 14, 15, and 16, Concession 5 to read Pit and Quarry Zone "Q" and Greenbelt Conservation Zone "G" as shown on Schedule A and B attached hereto, and numbered B.2. 3. Schedule "A" of By-law ~um~er 3037 be and the same is hereby amended by altering the Rural Agricultural Zone "A" designations in the south half of Lot 22, Concession to read Pit and Quarry Zone "Q" as shown on Schedules A and B attached hereto, and numbered B.3. C. That By-law Number 3037 be and the same is hereby repealed and amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-law. D. No part of this By-law shall come into force without the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to such approval, the By-law shall take effect from the date of passing thereof.
