AUTHORITY TO CALL SPECIAL MEETING
Pursuant to Section 3 of By-law 3665/91 (Procedural By-law), this Special
Meeting of Council has been called by Mayor Arthurs to consider the two Zoning
Orders that were filed under the Planning Act and the Planning & Development
Act by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing.

BRIEFING BY STAFF
Staff will brief Members of Council on the implications of the two Zoning Orders.
RESOLUTIONS
Resolutions respecting the Zoning Orders may be considered.

NOTE
PLEASE NOTE THAT MEMBERS OF COUNCIL WILL CONTINUE TO MEET AT 10:00
A.M. ON MONDAY, APRIL 28TM FOR A REVIEW OF THE GROWTH MANAGEMENT
STUDY. LUNCH WILL BE SERVED AT NOON AND THIS SPECIAL MEETING WILL
COMMENCE AT 1:00 P.M. THE FINANCE & OPERATIONS COMMITTEE WILL
COMMENCE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING.
