Being a by-law to name those parts of Lot 18. Cbncession
1, Pickering, designated as Parts 14 and 15, Plan 40R-
10635 and Parts 7 and 8, Plan 40R-3690 (Quartz StreeO
WHEREAS, those parts of Lot 18, Concession 1, designated as Parts 14 and 15, Plan 40R-10631 and
Parts 7 and 8, Plan 40R-3690 have been dedicated as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The road comprising those parts of Lot 18, Conc:ssion 1, Pickering, designated as Parts 7 and 8,
Plan 40R-3690 and Parts 14 and 15, Plan 40R-10635 are hereby named Quartz Street.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of December, 1997.
