WHEREAS, pursuant to section 191 of the Municipal Act, R.S,O. 1090. chapter M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing may pass by-laws Ibc acquiring lands and; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the COrl~)ration of the l'own of Pickering IIEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: I, The Co,'poration of the Town of Pickering shall acquire, Runnymede l)evelopment Corporation Limited, that Part of Lot 28, Plan 489, Picketing, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-4484, nominal consideration. 2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all necessary documentation respecling the acquisition of that Part of l,ot 28, Plan 48q, Picketing, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-4484. BY-LAW read a lirst, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of June, 1997.
