being a by-law to authorize the purchase of

of Pi ckering.
WHEREAS it has been deemed expedient to purchase
the hereinafter described Ian~s for the purpose of i~dustrial
sites.
NOW T~EREFORE BE ~T A~D ~T ~S U~REB~~ EMACTED
~. That the lanSs outlined in re~ om the schedule
attacheg hereto an~ fo~i~ part of this ~y-law, comprisi~
21 .57 acres be purchased at the price of $2,-~.~ p~r ~e
for the purpose of industrial sites.
2. That t~e Reeve and Clerk be author~ zed to execute
such documents as are necessary to give~'fect to the said
purchase.
