A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE TOKNSHIP OF PICKERING CO~{MITTEE OF
ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering that the members of the 1966 Township of Pickering
Committee of Adjustment shall be as follows:
1. Donald J. Carter to January 1, 1968
2. De,Dis Horsfield to January 1, 1968
3. ~a~,~.~;~ ~,~ ~- January 1, 1967
5. --~ ............ to January 1, 1969
AND shall hold office until replaced by another by-law.
AND THAT the members of such Committee be paid $12.00 per
t~,'~ma~m-iag, plus Ten Cents (10¢) per mile necesssrily travelled
in this capacity.
AND THAT By-law Number ~'~ ~ ~ be and the same is hereby
repealed insofar as it effects this By-law.
