IHPOSING A SPECIAL DRAINAGE RATE UPON PART LOT FIFTEEN
(15) IN CONCESSION TWO C9), and TO REPEAL BY-LAW NUMBER
3059.
WHEREAS J. Hasek, the owne~ of part of Lot Fifteen ~15)
in the Second (2) Concession of the Township of Picketing,
applied to the Council of the Township of Pickeming under
the Tile D~ainage Act for a loan for the purpose of
draining such land;
AND WHEREAS the Council has, upon his application loaned
J. Nasek the sum of $2,200.00, to be repaid with interest
by means of the mate hereinafter imposed;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Picketing that an annual rate of $271.26 is
hereby imposed upon such land for a period of ten (10) years,
such mate to be levied and collected at the same time and
manne~ as omdinaPy taxes are levied and collected.
