WHEREAS BY-LAW NUMBEE 3038 respecting licenses for nursing homes was passed by the Council of the Township of Picketing on the 3rd day of August, 1965; AND WHEREAS the said By-Law did not include a clause to repeal former Nursing Home By-Law No. 2336; BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Picketing THAT By-Law Number 2338 be and the same is hereby repealed~ effective December 31, 1965.
