being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement with Margaret Elizabeth
(Winter) Clarke, dated the 20%-h day of

NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
That the Reev~and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Offer to Sell and Agreement of Purchase and Sale made between
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering and Margaret
Elizabeth (Winter) Clarke dated the 2~th day of ~ 1965,
affecting lands being composed of part of Lot 18, Concession
l, and part of the allowance for road between Lots 18 and 19,
ConcesSion l, containing an area of 1.508 acres more or less,
as more particularly set out in the said Agreement.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed in open Council
