TO PROHIBIT THE SOUNDING OF RAILWAY ENGINE WHISTLES AT A
CERTAIN HIGHWAY CROSSING IN THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AM IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. The sounding of any engine whistle in accordance~th
the provisions of Section 311 (1) of The Railway Act
R.S.C. 1952, Ch. 254, is hereby prohibited in respect
of the highway crossings within the limits of the
Township of Picketing set out in Schedule "A" below~
and forming part of this by-law.
2. This By-law shall come into force if an4 when approved
