its appendices.
The following amendments shall be enacted and are hereby enacted:
1. Where the term "Clerk" appears in the Bylaw, the Bylaw is amended
to read "licensing officer" as designated by the Council of the
Township of Picketing.
~2. Paragraph 14 is hereby amended by adding after "bylaw" the words
"or the appendices", so that paragraph 14 reads as follows:
Any person convicted/of a breach of the provisions or requirements
of this Bylaw or i-~J appendices, shall be liable upon conviction
therefore to forfeit and pay at the discretion of the magistrate
a penalty not exeeedJ~g 800 dollars, exclusive of costs, for each
offence. Every such penalty shall be recoverable under the pro-
~'isions of the Summary Convictions Act.
3.Appendix A of Bylaw 2603 shall be amended by adding after Paragraph
~ a further paragraph number 10 to read as follows:
~/~/~ 10. No person licensed under this Bylaw for classification C shall have, keep, store, exhibit or offer for sale such
cars unless such cars are enclosed within a building or
enclosed behind a fence of sufficient height and construction
so that none of the cars stored on the premises shall be
visible to a person six feet tall, standing at the grade
level of the nearest roadway and distant 100 feet from the
nearest lot line, provided that in no event shall the fence
be less than seven feet in height, unless such automobile
bears a certificate of mechanical fitness certifying that
it is mechanically fit, as laid down in section 49 of the
Highway Traffic Act R.S.O. 1960 and subsequent amendments

4.Bylaw 2603 and appendices is hereby repealed only insofar as to
give full effect to these amendments.
