A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF' PICKERING TO
ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY CENTRE AT KINSALE.
WHEREAS provision is made for the establishment of a Community
Centre and Athletic field in Ontario under the Community Centres
Act, 1960;
~ND WHEREAS it is desired to establish a Community Centre on north half of
Lot I, Concession 5, known as the former schoolhouse of School Section
No. 19 in the Township of Picketing;
THERhFORE the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering
~NACTS' A'~' FOLLOWS:
1. That a Community Centre defined as a Community Centre under the
Community Centres Act, 1960, and the regulations thereunder, be
established at Lot 1, north half, Concession 5, known as the former
schoolhouse of School Section No. 19, Kinsale, and that the said
Community Centre be administered by the following Board, duly
appointed for The ensuing year:
Hugh Crawford
Ross Disney
Verle Wagg
Mrs. Al. tIobden
Milton Mowbray
/ - Council
2. TNAT said Community Centre shall be maintained as a Community
Centre by the said Board in conformity with the Act and
regulations made thereunder.
THAT the said Community Centre shall he known as the North
East Picketing Community Centre.
