A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
ESTABLISH THE ROUGE HILLS COMMUNITY CENTRE ATHLETIC FIELD.
WHEREAS provision is made for The establishment of a Community
Centre Athletic ~ield in Ontario under The Community Centres
Act, 19#9;
A~B-WH~REAS it is desirable to establish a Community Centre
Athletic Field at Rou~e Hills and divide the Community Centres
Hall from the Athletic Field, as established under By-Law
Number 2398~
THEREFORE t~e Municipal Council of the Township of Picketing
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT A Community Centre Athletic Field defined as an
Athletic Field under the Community Centres Act, 19~9,
and The regulations thereunder, and That the said
Community Centre Athletic Field be administered by
the following Board, duly appointed for the ensuing
year:

2. The said Community Centre shall be maintained as a Community
Centre by the said Board in confommity with the Act and
regulations made he~eunder.
