HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 6121/03THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 6121/03 Being a by-law to exempt Lots 1 and 2, Plan 40M-2086, Pickering, from part lot control. WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, the Council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands described as follows: Lots 1 and 2, Plan 40M-2086, Pickering. 2. This by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of one year from the date of the passing of this by-law and shall expire on April 7, 2004.
