A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE 1960 - EXPENDITURES ON ROADS IN THE
A ~c.~NTY ONTAaIO
TOWNSHIP OF PIC, KERING IN T~ R~ OF ........
WHEREAS The Highway Improvement Act requires that the total
ex[~endlture on roads be provided for annually by by-law and that the
law be submitted to the Minister of Highways for approval.
THEREFORE the r~,,:ncll of the Corporation of the said Township
enacts as follows:-
monies(l) The sum of $ 144,000.00 is hereby appropriated from
provided by levy,'~eben'tures and go{'ernment subsidy for toe expendi-
ture upon construction and maintenance of the roads under its Jurisdiction
during the year 19 6__~_Oas follows:-
