AND CLERK TO SIGN, on BEHALF OF THE TOWNSHIP, A FURTHER AGREEMENT
WITH CRUSADER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED.
WHEREAS on May 4, 1959, Council passed By-Law Number 2409, which
authorized the Reeve and Clerk to sign an agreement with Crusader
Development Corporation Limited, with respect to a proposed sub-
division at Frenchman's Bay;
AND WHEREAS it is now agreed between the Township and Crusader
Development Corpnration Limited that certain amendments should
be made to the aforesaid agreement;
BE IT THEREFOR ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering that the Reeve and Clerk be hereby authorized to sign,
on behalf of the Township,of Pickering, an agreement as prepared
by our Solicitor dated September 25, 1959, between the Township of
Pickering and Crusader Development Corporation Limited.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 25th day of September, 1959
BY-LAW read a Third time and Passed this 25th day of September, 1959
Reeve
