A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT A BOARD OF MANAGEMENT
FOR THE CLAREMONT COMMUNITY MEMORIAL ATHLETIC FIELD AND PARK, AND THE
CIAREMONT COMMUNITY HALL.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering:
1. THAT Kalman Vizely, Chairman
Robert Madill, Secretary
E. Ortiz, Treasurer
A. Roszelle
J. Rennie
be and they are hereby appointed members of the Board of Management of
the Claremont Community Memorial Athletic Field and Park, and of the
Claremont Community Hall, to hold office as such during the year 1959
and until successors shall be appointed.
2. THAT Harvey Spang and Miss Violet Swan, members of this Council, be
also hereby appointed members of the said Board for the year 1959, and
until successors shall be appointed.
3. THAT By-Law Number 2396 be and the same is hereby repealed.
