purpose an~ a. other has in more than one instance resulted in the
destruCtion of considerable adjacent crops~ Fences and trees;
AND WTTMIti~kS the burning of dead grass on lands in proximity to buildi]~gs
and the lighting oC bonfires in villages and other places are Comqd to
be Oangerous~ wSth result, ant loss anq inconvenience and it is expedient
to regulate such Cipes~
MOW TIT~R~P0RE IT IS ENACTED by the bhmieipal Council oC thc Tom,ship of
THAT in fllt~re it shall llOt be ]awful for any person or persons to
make or start a ~ire on any oF ibc public hJjhways~ streets or
· roads withiu the limits of the Toxmship o~ Picketing;
TIIAT no person shall set out or light any bonfire or fire for the
burning oF rnbbish~ grass~ bruslb leaves, or ~or any other like
pnrpose ex~~ incinerator or a receptacle used as such with-
