A BY-L~W OF THE TO. SHIP OF PICKERING TO LEVY A BATE TO COVER THE
COST OF THE COLLECTION OF GABJ]AGE IN AREA NO. 1 FOR YF~R 1958.
.~EREAS under By-Lay Number 2141 a Garbage Area vas set up according
to Schedule "A";
~ND ~HEREAS the 1957 assessment of such Garbage Area is ~ 6,600,125.00,
and it is estimated that the su~ of ~. ~ K~-. ~ vwlll be required to
operate such garbage collection in the year 1958;
B~ ~T THER.EFORE ENACTED by the Hunicipal Council of the Township of
Picketing:
THAT there shall be raised, levied and collected from and upon all
the rateable property in Garbage Area Number 1, as set out in By-Law
Number 2141, the rate or sum of ~ z.~,~. %~', ~hich rill require a
Mill Rate of $.'~ for the year 1958.
