A BY-[AW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERI~G TO ASSESS THE SEVEBAL PUBLIC
SCHOOL SECTIONS IN THE ~IUNIClPALITY OF THE TO,SHIP OF PICKERING, TO
PHOVIDE FUNDS FOR THE PUHPOSES OF THE SAID SCHOOL SECTIONS, IN THE
YEAR 1958.
.~FA ER .FA .S the School Boards of the several Public School Sections and
Union Public School Sections in the Municipality of the Township of
Picketing have made requisition to the Council of the said Township
for the amounts named respectively in Column 3 of Schedule 'A'
to this By-Law for the use of the said Boards in paying Teachers*
salaries and defraying other expenses of the schools respectively
in the current year;
AND ~HEHEAS the respective amounts required by the aforesaid requisi-
tions as entered in Column 4 of the said Schedule "A" ~111 have to
be raised, levied and collected from and upon all the rateable
property in the said Public School Sections respectively;
~E IT THEHEFO.HE ENACTED by the ~unioipal Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Picketing;
1. THAT there be raised, levied and collected from and upon all
rateable property in each of the Public School Sections off
the To~mship of Picketing in the year 1958, such a rate in each
of the school sections as viii be sufficient to raise the amount
entered in Column 4 of the said Schedule opposite the number of
each such School Section respectively.
