THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 2253
A By-law to repeal By-law Number 2185 and
By-law Number 2249 amending said By-law
Number 2185.
WHEREAS By-law Number 2185 of the Township of Pickering
was duly passed by the Council of the said Township on the 15th
day of April, 1957;
AND WHEREAS said By-law Number 2185 was amended by By-law
Number 2249 of the Township duly passed by the Council of the said
Township on the l5th day of July, 1957;
AND WHEREAS no Debentures have been issued under said
By-law Number 2185 or under said By-law Number 2185 as amended
by said By-law Number 2249;
AND WHEREAS it is desirable to repeal each of said
By-laws.
THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Township
of Pickering enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-la.w Number 2185 of the Township of Pickering
passed on the 15th day of April, 1957 and By-law Number 2249 of
the said Township passed on the 15th day of July, 1957 to amend
said By-law Number 2185 be and each of them is hereby repealed.
2. THAT this By-law shall come into force and take effect
on the date of the final passage thereof.
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 6th day of August, 1957.
