BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT
WARBLE FLY INSPECTOR FOR THE YEAR 1957.
1H EREAS the Council passed By-Law No. 1942 whereby the Township of
'ickering is now under the Warble Fly Act;
3E IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
'ickering that:
*1 a and he is hereby appointed Warble
Fly Control Inspector or the Township of Pickering, and he be
paid for his service/ ner hour, and / 0 ents per
mile allowance for car mileage or travelling expenses while
actually engaged in discharging the duties of the said office.
L. The said Warble Fly Control Inspector shall comply with the
regulations of the Warble Fly Act, collect all fees and pay
same over to the Township Treasurer as collected.
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this 18th day of February 1957
BY-LAW read a Third time and PASSED this 18th day of February 1957
