/ and control and use of these said lands.
(2) NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE
J TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(3) THAT those lands set forth on schedule "An
attached hereto, shall be and are hereby declared to be greenbelt
lands.
(4) THAT, the following provisions shall apply
?to the use of land, buildings or structures erected within the
boundaries of the lands defined in schedule "An attached hereto.

foregoing.

ALL THOSE LANDS in the Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario,
and being composed of the whole of Township Lots 12, 13 and 14 in the
Fourth and Fifth Concessiow of said Township, save and except the northerly
quarter (4) of Lots 13 and 14 in the said Fifth Concession of the said
Township.
