A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO A14END BY-LAW NUMBER 1965.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering:
10 THAT that part of Section 5 in By-Law 1965 reading "Commencing in the
year 1954" be amended to read, "Commencing in the year 1955".
2. THAT that part of Section 8 in By-Law No. 1965 reading "The Corporation
shall have the right, at its option, to redeem debentures maturing
in the year 1973 of such issue" be amended to read "The Corporation
1 shall have the right, at its option, to redeem debentures maturing
in the year 1974 of such issue".
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this 4&t day of March, 1954.
BY-LAW read a Third time and PASSED this S" day of March, 1954.
