A By-law to APPOINT a WEED INSPECTOR to carry out the provisions
of THE WEED CONTROL ACT, in the TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING, during the
year 1954-
The Council of the Municipal Corporation of the TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING E N A C T S as follows :-
1. That ?r- be and he is hereby appointed
WEED INSPECTOR, to carry out the provisions of the WEED
CONTROL ACT, in the Township of Pickering, during the
year 1 9 .
, ?f2. That the duties of the WEED TNSPECTOR shall be as set
forth and defined in the said 'NEED CONTROL ACT.
fyy,-l l 3. That the remuneration of the said WEED INSPECTOR shall
be C d F' per hour with ?f cents allowance
per mile for mileage or travelling expenses while
actually engaged in discharging the duties of the
said office.
